Blue Creek Rice Mill Return & Replacement Policy

This Product Return & Replacement Policy is for all products distributed by Blue Creek Rice Mill, LLC. Note that this Policy contains distinct terms and conditions for returns from entities that purchase product directly from Blue Creek Rice Mill, LLC (“Direct Customer”) or from an authorized distributor of record.

1. Direct Customer Returns & Replacement Policy: Blue Creek Rice Mill, LLC will not accept returns on any product for credit or refund under any circumstances. Blue Creek Rice Mill, LLC will replace any damaged or defective items received by a Direct Customer.

a. Shipping Damage: Blue Creek Rice Mill, LLC will only replace damaged goods that were damaged in transit. Product shipped directly by Blue Creek Rice Mill, LLC. that is damaged in transit from Blue Creek Rice Mill, LLC must be reported within 5 days of receipt of items to qualify for replacement. Customer may be required to provide photos of damaged goods. Any product damaged or modified by the customer will not qualify for replacement.
